This is Frank!

Frank is an independent entrepreneur operating under the name FD Woonservice. Under this name, he works extensively with contractors (maintenance and renovation projects) and housing corporations (social management). He is contracted by Nijhuis Bouw B.V. Apeldoorn to serve as a residential consultant. Frank handles all social matters related to the renovation work being carried out in tenants’ homes.

Communication was pleasant on both a professional and personal level,” says Frank. “Sometimes I even hoped she’d be out of office — just so I’d get her fun out-of-office reply in my inbox again,” Frank laughs.

What was the goal?

“To offer residents an alternative ‘home’ during the work on their property — a place where they can stay in peace and comfort. I strive to provide this sense of calm as close to their own neighborhood as possible, without exposing them to the disruptions caused by the renovation.”
